Redox Flow Batteries (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flow_battery) May
2011 Researchers at the Franunhofer Institutes (www.fraunhofer.de) seek
to build a 20 MWH vanadium based liquid battery for grid
applications. A 20 kWh plant is scheduled for next year and a 1 MWh
plant within 5 years.
