If you are selected to make a presentation
Topics accepted should be specific and fall into the categories listed in this submission form.  Improperly submitted abstracts cannot be considered for review.

Chosen presenters will be asked to provide the association office with the following information:

A brief biography for promotional and introductory purposes.
Any audio-visual requirements (LCD, Overhead Projector, etc.)  If part of your topic includes any PowerPoint (or similar) presentation, please provide us with a disk, CD-ROM or similar copy at least three weeks prior to the Convention.
Camera Ready copy of your presentation or pass out materials for reproduction by the deadline provided.
If your presentation is part of a panel discussion, coordinate your presentation with the moderator and other panelists.
Authorize BCI to publish/reproduce your presentation in both electronic and paper format.
